Privacy policy

What this website collects about you, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Stirup is the consulting practice of Aleksandra Shalibashvili. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit stirup.co, book a call or email me. If you have any questions, write to [email protected].

The short version

What I collect

When you book a call. Your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you write in the message box. This creates an event in my Google Calendar and sends you an invitation with a video link (Zoom or Google Meet).

When you email me. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.

When you browse the site. I use two analytics tools to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from:

To keep the site safe. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. The booking form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person, not a bot.

Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Why I use it

Who else handles it

I use a small number of service providers to run the site and my business: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics), Google (calendar, email, fonts), Zoom (video calls) and PostHog (analytics). Some of them store data in the United States. They only process it to provide their service to me. I never sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long I keep it

Your rights

You can ask me to:

Email [email protected] and I'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with my answer, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't aimed at children.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
