What's on this site

General information, not advice. Articles, FAQ answers and case studies explain how I work and what's possible. They're not advice for your specific situation until we've agreed to work together.
Prices are a guide. Package prices are starting points. The real price depends on your setup and is agreed in writing before any work starts. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
Case studies are anonymised. Client names and some details are left out or changed to protect the people I've worked with. Where I worked as part of a team, the case study says so.

Booking a call

The free call is a no-obligation conversation. I'll do my best to keep every booked time. If I need to move it, I'll let you know as early as I can. Please do the same if you can't make it.

Content and copyright

The text, drawings, design and code of this site belong to Stirup unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Please don't copy whole pages or the illustrations without asking first.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as LinkedIn, Upwork and the tools I work with. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Using the site fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or the booking form, for example with automated bookings or spam.

No guarantees

I keep the site accurate and running, but I can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit any rights you have that can't be excluded by law.

Working together

If we decide to work together, the agreement we sign (or the Upwork contract) sets the terms for that project. Where it differs from this page, the agreement wins.
